  • It’s a little skeevy, yes. Of course, in his mind, he’s not being skeevy for a specific spoiler reason we find out later.

    That doesn’t necessarily justify it, but he’s not currently thinking in a context that you and I would recognize as skeevy. He is being as sincere as he can be about his thoughts and emotions.
