    *wince*  Oh, Billings – don’t admit to the public that one of your ranking subordinates is named “The Serpent”…  You may as well say something like,
    “Orbag the Bloody, Minister of Agriculture and Discipline, has been arrested pending an investigation of cannibalism and petty theft…”
