If you have a dark monitor and can’t make out the writing on the wall, it says “SHIP DANGEROUS. DESTROY”.

(Just so you know, I’m calling you all Zaplings from now on. I cannot be dissuaded. I have made my decision.)

    The size/scale of the writing seems too big for fingernail scratches. I don't see a knife or sword anywhere (unless sneaky pirates are sneaky and keep them hidden in their clothes). I can barely see what looks like a gardening tool (like a spade or something) next to those papers. Hmmm….

    Of course, it is really fun and interesting to speculate what if Holly's dad was -not- the writer of the text on the wall after all….since that raises all kinds of other questions. =)

    I took my time with it and had a few days to read it all….. OK maybe I'm not as fast as all you nerds but i would like to say this is one of my most favorites of comics I have ever read. and i normally in to yuri but this one is done really really well, it always keeps you wondering and excited! love your comic Lepas, and i'm to proud to be a zapling :)

    Don't get too discouraged by these people who say they read the whole archive in one or two nights.

    I'm a relatively fast reader myself, but it took me a couple of weeks to get through the archives. Why? Because I read each and every comment along the way (one of my little OCD quirks) and because between work and school I couldn't really devote more than an hour or three a day to an archive binge, no matter how much I wanted to devour it in one sitting …

    (And my preferred term is geek (or Zapling), not nerd, thankyouverymuch … )

    This might be your comic and all, but if I know Robot, the real explanation is that he’s doing a hand puppet of himself in front of his own chest panel. (Most inappropriate timing ever)
    Methinks Robot is related to Bender from Futurama.
