    Bah! I just caught up. 3 or 4 days and I read 508 strips. Well…This is getting really intense, and it's held my interest every step of the way. I only expect better things in the future.

    I think it was a ricochet. If you look at the angle it struck from.

    Also: terminal velocity is important, though the terminal velocity of even a small pebble is still pretty high.

    OVERKILL: ok I did a little maths and got a terminal velocity of  60 – 100 km/h
    VERY scetchy maths, since I have to estimate… everything actually, including the gravity and air density since this is not earth.
    Nothing near bulletlike velocities though and even an iron mete.. I mean dropper is much less dense than a bullet.

    No it wouldn’t. I’ve seen a story that ended with a sudden nuke. NO explanation, no nothing, the end, thank you all for reading. I was like, “SERIOUSLY?! YOU WENT FOR THE GODDAMN NUKE!?”
    Meh, the story sucked anyway.
