    What is it with him and robots? I think he has a case of electrophilia (the only other pun I had was robophilia, they’re both pretty lame). Panel 4 (middle right) looks like he’s trying to grab her boob.Jeez, we haven’t seen this guy since volume 3 (was it?). I thought you decided to throw him out of the space shuttle during re-entry because you got sick of drawring him or something.

  • What I want to know is how he got to be in charge in the first place. He is clearly incompetent.

    I assumed he was just a puppet-ruler under someone else’s guidance… BUT if that were the case then whoever was manipulating him would protect their interests, wouldn’t they?

  • Think of North Korea. He may seem bumbling and doofy, but he has no problem murdering people and instilling fear to get what he wants.
