NEWS THINGS!!!
I’ve finished the clean-up work on the volume 3 pages! Now all that is left is putting the book together and then drawing the covers. I’ll keep you posted. We’re almost there! Thanks for being amazing and patient while I try to make it worth your time!

ALSO! Since I finally got a new computer I can livestream making the comic now. I did a stream this past week, and I’m sure I’ll do another this week. If you want to watch me draw and color Zap! pages just follow me on twitter or tumblr and I’ll post a message and link to the stream when I’m starting. The first one was a lot of fun and I hope to see you guys there for the next ones!

    I’m not sure if I’ve just never noticed or if it’s never been done before, but I’m intrigued to see Excelsior floating around outside the ship. At least I presume this is outside the ship. I suppose I’ve mostly thought that a glowy holographic type sentient ship person might need to stay within their ship.

    Nice action line there with frustrated Reona in the last panel.

    It’s cool Reona. I hate flowers too. Oh and meetings. Haven’t had anyone be kidnapped yet, so I’ll work on hating that as well. Don’t think it’ll be too hard though.

    Ah, OK. That explains it well enough. I guess I have a hard time imagining spaceship rooms with normal furniture just sitting around like normal. I mean I always thought spaceship rooms would need all the furniture to be bolted down and cramped, but then the nice thing about sci-fi is you can make up the rules.

    BTW, purple is cool, but I think it’d be a bit much as a wall color. haha, silly 18 year old selves…

    My bedroom just has purple carpet. And seagreen walls. It works. Honest. Even my Mom approves. No pictures of prince.

    Reona begins practicing for her master plan to defeat Gunner: hitting him in the head with a flower pot.

    From the fact that the arm is fixed in these panels, she’s waking up in her room and not on that lab table, i’m guessing this is something gunner’s doing to her and she knows/suspects it.

    Not sure I’d go with smashing pottery to express my inner rage, but that’s just me. Reona’s a bit more volatile than I am. It’s part of her charm.
